Inside Sales

IMSYS is a fast paced and growing application solution provider seeking full-time, inside sales person(s) to contribute to our continued success. You’ll wear many hats and perform various sales and marketing functions. Key responsibilities will be introducing IMSYS software products and integrated solutions to end-users and partners in specific target markets, including law enforcement. Create awareness and interests in our offerings will be an important part of the role in addition to generating quotes, sending literature, preparing for tradeshows and other various sales and marketing efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calling on and generating leads.
  • Respond to incoming calls.
  • Identify projects and opportunities in our lead lists based on our solution offerings.
  • Learn and possess an intimate knowledge of relevant product technologies.
  • Produce daily and weekly status reports for all activities and maintains project documentation.
  • Work closely with outside sales to contribute sales & marketing efforts.
  • Generate quotes; create marketing campaigns and other facets of inside sales support.
  • Travel may be required on occasion for sales projects, trade shows and other events.


  • Sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel from up to 20%
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and office tools.
  • Technology background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Must pass satisfactory driving record & background check.


  • Computer and storage hardware knowledge.
  • Access Control sales experience.
  • Knowledge of virtual server environments.
  • Video management systems experience.
  • Knowledge of RFID.
